    Default Promotion for Specific (Named) Customer?

    I could swear I remember that you could restrict a coupon to a specific customer or list of customers. I don't see this anywhere in the new promotion manager. Is there any way to do this?

    I am looking for a way to give a customer an account credit. The GUID on gift cards is really not user-friendly, or I would simply use that feature instead.
