Thread: Can't add an out of stock item to wish list

We recently turned on the options to prevent people from adding > Qty than on hand into their cart. Apparently the same logic applies if adding an item to your wish list, why? The user wants to add an out of stock item to their wish list and they get a pop up that says the qty exceeds the amount available. Is there a way for me to correct this on my end without a recompile? (MS 9.3.1)
