Default USPS First Class Mail - available?

We would like to use USPS First Class mail as a shipping option with RealTime Rates. I don't see a configuration option for this method; is it an option? Any ideas on what I would have to customize, if not?
    Thanks -

If you have RT Rates setup properly for USPS, it will return the "available" rates for your package. First Class Mail is for items up to 13 oz from this page on their site.

    https://www.usps.com/ship/service-chart.htm

If your package is over that, including any weight you might add via cart setting, then it won't return that rate.

Standard Post or Priority Mail would be the next best option as far as cost.

Ok, then I must be doing something wrong, because even for a package of 3 o.z., First Class is not an option that is returned.

My app config for USPS services only includes:
    Priority,Media

However, the description says valid values are:
    Express,Priority,Parcel,Library,Media

What's the "valid value" for First Class?
