Default Need Spanish and German Language Packs

I just discovered the distressing fact that ASPDNSF no longer provides the language packs! I guess their vendor disappeared several releases ago!

So, let me beg the forum community:

Does anyone have the Spanish (Latin American) or German language packs? The Excel files with all the translated strings.

Maybe we can make a deal (I'll agree to free immediately, of course!)

I checked with support and they said this would be a good way to get it and would not violate any of our service agreements or licensing or anything. I have copied their statement on this below.

I have the latest version of ML, I figure if I can get an older version, I'll have to go through the thing line by line to see where the gaps are, but it still beats translating the whole thing.

    Let me know.

    Thanks!

    - Bruce

    Hi Bruce,

Yes you may have the string resources from someone else, and it is best from the people from forums. Online community may help you with this. And this will not have any violation within the agreements.

Thank you and have a nice day!

    Melanie

    Default Spanish and German Packs

Hello we are currently translating the strings to Spanish, and need also the German ones. Would someone exchange the German strings for the Spanish strings?

Did the issue of a Spanish Language Pack ever get resolved?

There are two storefronts which we will definitely need to spanishize here in a bit -

Have you accessed the link I referred above?

Go to Google Translate page, upload the String.en-US.xls document there (or much better if you can convert it as .htm format), select the language to translate into (e.g. Dutch, etc), and click 'Translate' button.
