Default Customer Service Topic Page - best method to code current time at our offices

Our Customer Service page has hours of operation, but since we sell internationally, I would like to put the current time at our location (Central Time - US), for those who don't have every time zone memorized. What is the best method to add code for that one page? Again, I need Central time in the US... not the server time, not the PC user's time... our time.

    Thanks,
    Jane
