Are you after ML9? That's out :-) You can purchase the upgrade on our site! We're working hard on Multistore and will get an update out for it as soon as possible.

They are numbered differently, yes. Your 'Download 9.0.1.1' link will be replaced by 'Download 9.0.1.2' (or whatever the number ends up being)

They'll be on the main My Licenses page. Each new build just replaces the old one that was available there.
There were some updates/fixes included, make sure you're installing 9.0.1.1 :-)
